It's his 4th since 12/8/21. The Form 4 on 12/8/21 was after the 11/30/21 meeting with the FDA. So he'd just met with FDA a week or so prior and goes out and buys more and then 3 more times up to 8/12/22. Love it.

I guess there's mms flipping this and making a lot of money before the run up we're all hoping for. The lower they can get it the more they can buy and flip. Each day I've watched this I think I could make a couple of grand every other day, I seen a lot of people trading the Qwest communications stock that way making hundreds of grand. This is to risky with not knowing when this might take off, I'll sit tight .GTLA - dawg.
my guess is that it's a battle of attrition.. It feels like someone (or more than one) is trying to accumulate as many shares as possible at the lowest price possible using whatever means possible. I'm no securities expert but I suspect that involves a variety of attacks by group(s) with a shit-ton of shares, to flush out weaker investors which, if successful, allows for continued accumulation at low prices.
So I am a small investor just trying to get a nice return to improve my life. Bought in while ADMD and had over million shares then. Splits and having to take money out after having been laid off a while took me down to now about 130K. That said, I still don’t understand the MM game you all refer too. It seems to me they are just the brokers for traders like me. i have sold on some bumps and bought back lower and I can see my trades via these MM you talk about. CDEL and CSTI are two that my shares are bought and sold through via my fidelity account. Wish I knew more and eventually when this pays off, I want to trade in more stocks. This is my launching point.
No mm is driving RDGL lower. It's just buyers and sellers agreeing on price. Will add it's textbook for a stock to get price pinned under last offering pps (in this case ~$0.07), until positive news turns the page. We've had no news that might attract buyers since the offering.
Cheap and poor sellers are still sell few shares at low bid for money to pay rent or debt. Hope these sellers are gone.PPS will move up from next Monday following CEO's buy who know company's worth.
