You are correct. I've been in the room and for a certainty large holders call the President/CEO of the company almost every week when the chips are down like they currently are. They have juice and use it. When they get to the 51% to 60% ownership the good Dr. Ji needs to worry, the institutions have planned what needs to be done no doubt and if the Dr. is incapable, spin off a prestigious R&D division that he would be Pres/CEO of, and get people who can run a large corporation and sell the products. I believe that the stock price is over $1 is because the Institutions see a great deal of potential in the company and will push it to become a BP or they will sell it to BP. Have confidence in the EXEC VP and new members of the BOD.
Think 2nd Q could be bloody except for the fact that the Institutions want sorrento to succeed.
