Unfortunately you are not correct in the dilution matter and probably you missed it and I hate to break this bad news out but the OS of public stock is not the same as you said ... the dilution didn't stop and it looks that there was even a recent dilution of around half a billion shares .. to stand currently close to 16.5 billions.
It is listed in a statement in the very beginning of the report before the tables ... and here it is as I copied it
