No. You don’t. You miss it entirely. It has nothing to DO with timelines or deadlines the company can’t live up to. Maybe you missed it…the guy selling the land to ECSL passed away…and they’re waiting on the courts to proceed…as in lawyers and judges. Give it a rest.
