Giving it away for free because doesn't work initially and have to spend time and money to get it to work properly. So are constantly giving customer credits.
I’m out too. I’ll keep a close eye on it, but last earnings call didn’t feel good. It felt very deceitful. I agree about the whole Amazon blindsiding them. How? Makes no sense, everyone knew this would be impactful.
