It's a one-two punch knockout, ding-goes-the-bell fight.

I am confused...probably that little old lady thing I suffer from....ya know. So help me out here....Here's a hypothetical for you...

Let's say AMC is trading at $40 next Friday.
Both AMC & APE open at $20 on the 22nd, but due to high demand, APE ends the week at $100.
With the focus being on APE, AMC trades sideways.
Shareholders who saw AMC cut in half and never received their $100 APEs have blood in their eyes.
Brokers, drowning and desperate, turn to AA for a lifeline. AA agrees to directly sell them his remaining 483M APE shares at the heavily discounted price of $50 per share... or $24B. AA pays off all $5B in company debt, keeps $5B for mergers and acquisitions, and announces a one-time cash dividend of $27 to all 516.8M legal owners of AMC.
It's that all the 516.8 LEGAL owners of AMC that gets me. If I bought my shares through my broker Etrade at the going rate from $9-$60 over time...and paid for them and they are still in my account.....how could I not be the LEGAL OWNER of those shares??? Can you give me any explanation of that ...hypothetically of course

Ok, now that's interesting hypothesis. And I was using wrong terminology regarding APE. Potential squeeze/MOASS can only happen with AMC common stock, not with APE, althought price of APE can definitely climb as you discribet. IMO. (That was my point in my earlier post..)

However, there is one "tuber" who have said that next week is The week, and he is out after next friday or monday/tuesday after that, no matter of what. So that kind of bold statement raises certainly my eyebrown, let's put it that way.

But everyone has their own tactic and that's more than ok.

Interesting few weeks ahead anyways, who will make a buck or two when the music stops..
