In my estimation, Feb 2023 is a really good pick for the over-under.
This will not close in 2022. I’m no attorney but the last three estates I know of took forever to do anything (one was in FL).
Hopefully this was all planned for but between the family’s time, their other personal & business affairs, and any legalities, I would expect the next few months to be very quiet.
I’m always happy to be proven wrong but as we’ve seen with ECSL, it’s never just one thing and by the time they get past one hurdle another has popped up.
Expect another delay announcement here in late August/early September.
