Totally wild speculation but i say Ballas was able to sweet talk to Ms. Lawrence Adams, along with Cheung/Smethers/Prya (the existing IMTL team) pumping for Ballas, and Ms. Adams agreed to merge with UBQU after all UBQU is producing revenue.
Ballas ALREADY has his team in place at IMTL.
