It is permissible to assume that, like so much that we have already assumed in recent years. From what has already been announced, we should have been funded and started construction a long time ago. The fact is that this has not happened so far and the carrot is still dangling in front of our noses. I know I'm at least a pessimist in the eyes of the cheerleaders on this board. Believe me, I too hope that the project will finally get off the ground. But what about this stupid oven that is still not there and on which the weal and woe of the financing now depends? I looked at the L3 homepage and was pretty disillusioned with this unprofessional and meaningless website. I can only advise anyone who claims to do due diligence to do the same. Naive as I am, I used their contact form and asked L3 a few questions about the status of their customer Niocorp's project. Are any of you surprised that I haven't received any replies?
However, hopefully that stupid oven will show up next week with a 4 month delay and the rocket countdown can finally start afterwards.

I agree about eyes on the sector
We are the second biggest indicated or better REE deposit. That is enough to attract attention. Unfortunately we are still missing a couple key items. I think your 3-6 month estimate is good because I think the key items will fall into place.

As it stands right now we have a big indicated REE deposit. We have not yet demonstrated that we can extract and refine these REEs. We have not demonstrated % extraction or % purity. We have not proven that we can produce individual REE oxides instead of just REE concentrate. We have not yet officially announced that we intend to extract and refine REEs. A successful 2 week run on the demo plant should resolve a lot of this.

Any prospective financier is going to ask how much will it cost and how much profit will it make. We don’t actually know the answer to either question. We think we will improve the CAPEX.and the OPEX. We think we will add REEs. After the demo plant run there will be some serious number crunching to firm up the answers to all these questions.
