'this was a bad shell'..... CKYS has 'talked' of uplisting..but of course that is much different than actually taking the necessary steps to uplist. JP issued a pr back in 2003 or 2004 that touted a merging with Digicorp that would facilitate an uplisting. This deal was contingent on Cyberkey simply providing audited financials...needless to say, the 'merger' never took place. JMHO
