Mattordaddy,I would think early September would be more realistic ! Quoting the last update has been an exercise of frustration up to this point !!! We need a new countdown to really pick up steam and pps !!! The confidence in closing seems to be very slight ! I would be happy either way !!! A new COUNTDOWN makes way to much sense !!!!!
