Yeap, all known for a while now. Not exactly new and for sure priced in. Odd time to highlight this doc. I guess maybe some of the new holders might not know...but the ones here for a while all do. Companies of this size need to sell shares sometimes, simple as that. It is priced in already and they haven't exactly been doing much of it lately or going fast and furious.

IMO this still isn't drastic dilution. Let's keep an eye on the AS. If that starts going much higher, I would agree that could be cause for concern. Yeah, these guys are getting a great strike price on those shares at .0001, that's for dang sure. But you have to give a little to get a little. They're not going to invest in the company at a strike price at or that close to current price - they have to have incentive. If the company is going to expand, it seems to me you have to take these sort of risks. We know that the OS will grow - I'm just curious how much of the 1 bil offering will go off by end of December. So far we're on a good pace. Maybe they don't need to raise as much as we might think to continue to expand the business - for now. Maybe the sale going through keeps them in decent shape for now.

If they were giving these companies billions of shares at .0001 we'd be at .0002 or so, but we're not there. Only like 370 mil shares of the offering have gone off since late December - and market cap is still very low. I get some of your points, but still feel there is room for optimism here.
