He is dumping because he couldn't settle out of court on Wednesday and he/UBQU is on the hook for the entire $250K in default judgement for Taboola.

He doesn't care. The money ain't coming out of his pocket. That's why it took Taboola five years to collect because Ballas would never show up in court to list his assets. Even though the plaintiff had default judgement, and they garnish all his accounts, but Ballas doesn't keep his funds in US accounts, nor does he have any real estate they could put a lien on.

Taboola had to subpoena his ass, and get a court order for him to show up at a deposition and bring documents to show all his asset
