The SEC obviously needs to qualify the offering first. It doesn't necessarily mean they're going to grant one. And if the company did want to come to Market with that much equity, the share price would have to elevate substantially higher from where we are presently trading so that it has sufficient enough room to the downside for them to sell in tranches and then let it recover and then sell again, lather, rinse, repeat
