Now remember, those derivatives are set to be converted to shares at $2.23/share likely as soon as the share price begins to trade higher than than, imo. Then they won't be messing with the accounting of earnings. So yes, if "charges" for derivatives because of a soaring stock price worry folks, despite PROFITS on OPERATIONS, then they just don't understand what is happening with this stock. Most of the interest expense paid, 7 million dollars, was because of these debentures also, and that will go away also. So as long as the company can finance the interest costs, and show PROFITS on OPERATIONS, and continue growing the business, I'm an investor here. Sooner or later, the tide will turn again with $SHWZ. It always does.
