Yes it does, and i see that it turns into "fly paper" and traps more newbies everyday, as well as bringing in some Pump&Dump veterans from IHUB. I've already seen 3 or 4 of them show up in the last week. Morgan continues to publish fluff pr's while he dilutes. He is now back to issuing preferred's as well.
