Maybe I should take that back. Maybe he does know how to file a Form 4. If so, he appears to have given away all of his personally held common shares.
(Except he needs to explain how his 2015 holding, adjusted for the 1:20 split, got to his smaller current holding without a Form 4 disposition filing.)
