First off, its only the option for an RS, and the company already publicly stated it has no intention of executing it. And even still It ran to .349 with pending RS. And the company is much more valuable today then it was then, and has the same share structure.

Not to mention the Company has publicly stated it doesnt need an RS, its just optional.
