Yes, you can. Millions and probably billions have given up their old ways when they received Jesus. No one ever cared for you like Jesus. He died for Muslims as much as he did Christians and everyone else. If you read the Bible it will tell you of Jesus' great love for every person. God is no respector of persons. God looks at our hearts, while mankind looks at our outward being. God loves EACH person on earth. No one was a mistake or an accident.
I had a relative who drank and was in jail most of the time when he was younger. I am sure no woman in her right mind would have wanted him. I don't know how it happened, as he lives far from me, but he asked Jesus to come into his heart. Now he has been married to a Christian lady for a long time. He dresses very well and he is completely changed. It seems like even his apperance even changed. Another person told me his is quite handsome.
