Yes...typically that's the pattern you see with manipulators when there is a lack of retail interest that can pump up the volume. Chan holds the key to getting this moving where it should be. He has every incentive to do so asap...the fact that he's holding back tells me only that he must have many more $$$$$ return some other way that requires this ticker to be at a low price (for now)
