Since I am not a professional research scientist, I can't say no, but I also can't say yes. An in vitro study is just the beginning of what will be a long journey before any trials on humans begin. BTW: mice are used because the creature's physiology closely resembles that of humans. I found that interesting when I learned of it a few years ago. Studies will consume operating capital.
