Yes, the share structure is bloated! THATS the point.
Note that in the release it is filled with ‘wills’ and ‘plans to’. Look at last releases and challenge you to ask for diligence from mgt on all the past ‘plans’ that disappear.
When does this rev hit the the books? Why important? W/O meaningful revs, way above this level there is MORE dilution to come.

Doubling revs from a long ago ditch is not a comparable. More germane is the last 15% revs qtr. The co is diluting at almost the same clip. And revs at 2mm, 3mm is still not meaningful. I remember pre-covid moving to that range on KONA products alone.

The products are good. And perhaps the mgt and insider investors will do well. But there is no path for sustained share appreciation unless revs exceed dilution by a wide margin.

Imho - not meaningful until there are back to back qtrs that put on path to 5mm, with much bigger prospects in sight. Further, need mgt to directly present a shareholder value outline.
