Wasn't something said about no r/s for at lease a yr after the merger ? maybe that's why they are dragging this out. That's if that merger is still alive.
The longer it takes the more I am thinking it will be a great merger for investors. If it wasnt a decent size company, I believe the process would have moved quicker
