Approval rating for whom/what stock?

TRIPS continue to be the SP for SPRV.... that doesn't sound like approval to me.

Approval rating was 8% on June 15. Why is it up so high now when the price is at or near all-time lows? Is this an approval rating for those who are short in the stock? Since there aren't many shorts, I don't think that's a worthwhile number anyway.

What is he going to say when he steps up to the mic? All he has to say is "Testing, testing, ... one, two, three ... Testing".
