ETEK will be trading over 0.25 at least. Emergent LLC said it's first candidate's valuation is $1.4bb, $1.4 divide 5,5BB shares=0.25 PPS. but Emergent rejected it, because they got better offer. So now I believe target PPS could be reached between $0.30 to 0.50. How do you think?
