Ugh, 100 billion is the authorized shares. The float, which is what matters, is much lower. The float is around 500 million which is why the stock price moves like it's on thin ice. Have a look at this explanation in the 8K: https://twitter.com/ElGUAPO_1976/status/1556764697675776000
