Only problem with that statement is: the truth of any argument about Brilacidin's safety or efficacy will always be context dependent, and thus there is no such thing as "fulsome" news outside of providing every related context, which is not possible. Only a "selection" of possible contexts is possible.
How those "selections" are used creates different slices of "truth."
