MM are Converting the Debt.

Look at the chart, this is the level MM are comfortable handling the Conversions.

They are not going to let it move up until they are done, simple as that.

Few weeks ago on NEWS we traded 125 Million shares and closed up 5% at .0018.

The opportunity is that individuals are able to grab some of these cheapies as MM Convert the debt, and sell them into the market in an orderly manner, thus the .0015 to .0018 ranges.
