This hasn't done anything in 10 years except take investors money. Now with the new name it's the same screw, rinse and repeat. However, it's a free country and your money.
Expecting this to become current in next few weeks, not sure what happens next but outlook is bright. I had traded this several times in 2017-18, deciding now if it's worth jumping back in. Management will need to make the necessary adjustments to rebuild trust with shareholders.
