This is because all IR guys are absolutely incompetent. They are just parasites living at the cost of public companies.

But they are not the only ones responsible. I know for a fact that Ezra was told what works and what not, how PRs should be released, when they should be released (during market hours, to avoid gaps), etc, etc., but, he is an arrogant idiot, so here we are waiting for the next RS.

This SOB should be jailed for the rest of his life.
