Now why would they take the settlement check? I mean they would have to turn in their shares according to the more is coming to BioAmber crew right. I mean why would they throw away the $22 PPS that’s coming when LCY finally adits they have” acquired “ they have “acquired” all of BioAmber’s assets for $4.34 mil and they are not paying anything you know basically the exact same as the FU letter LCY sent before.
