The filing for the purchase of the HRAA shell showed the purchaser to be Ameriguard Security. They have since updated the name of the ticker to Ameriguard Security. They have also stated publicly their plans to go public. If that isn't enough of an indication that they're going to eventually RM into the AGSS shell then what else should we be looking for?
