I do not think the Russians could have let 2Create's wife roam around for 2 whole weeks if they were hiding the goods. A film was made also. The Russians produced documents and names and interviews with people in positions of audit, etc. from what 2Create says and showed us Dovgan's picture at RSM.
Parkin is gone now and I believe it was pre-messing things up. The only way to know for sure is the contract between the Russians and Monimpex and what amount of compensation is contracted. They will have to produce these things soon enough in the audit. The signing of RSM seems like a too likely exit point for Parkin. Anybody that was good at what they have done would stick around to claim the glory. You would not stick around only if the gravy train was over for you and something like reporting limits your actions.
