Gotcha, so maybe it is a misunderstanding of mine but I would have thought the previous 8-k that scheduled the event was what would have been the required filing and since it set the schedule and plan then as long as the plan was followed through without further alterations it wouldn't have been needed to submit another 8k but if i am understanding you properly you are saying that even though the 8k that scheduled the business deal was used they still need to file one that shows the completion of the deal then? I was just assuming that if we didn't see an 8k yet that the deal went through as planned, thanks for the replies
