my only question now is what are the terms for conversion? know its 3 cents a share but does it have to be converted and if so how and where and when? know john needed capital for marketing team, manufacturing and operations. but wonder if he can just settle it for cash if possible. edgar terms are not going to tell all the story. and if john does not , our manipulation of stock price will continue.
