I meant that...and was curious if by cancellation she might mean removing the legend and they become "unrestricted" and free trading.

If they don't become unRestricted,, then they'll truly cancelled...subject to whatever the terms of the cancelation were. All imo.

Upside being almost almost all Restricted are gone.
