I think it means that once our Freebie has finished reading the posts on the first page of a member's "Latest Posts", he can go to the Page 2. Or perhaps any page.

But once there, he won't see 50 posts, as one would while reading batches. He'd have do read one post at a time. As, in fact, we have to do.

I don't know why your source suggests it's possible for us to do that.
