As a shareholder of record, I would like to find out how to place a bid to buyout LIqDQ shell company. Any advice? Would Peter Kent or the Trustee be obligated to take offers? I’m curious why we have not gotten final decree by now. Millions were paid to bankruptcy trustees, accountants, creditors, and so forth and shell company still exists.
