I believed that if ONE of the tickers didn't get the OTCM access then GS didn't want ANY of them to go that route. I always thought that GS wanted ALL three to become pink current at the same time. Just didn't work out.

I'm also pretty sure I've read that it costs some $3000 to get OTCM access and I'm not sure he is willing to pay that if he didn't have to. So he might not have.
