Yep sure did. Visolis and LCY formed LCYB and bought all of the assets of former BioAmber for $4.34 mil. LCYB was a qualified bidder. LCYB did not buy the shares. Go right ahead and post a link to where it is stated that the share had to be purchased to be a qualified bidder LMFAO!! Nowhere does it say to be a qualified bidder you have to purchase the shares.
So is this the new angle because the court case road block just exploded and went down in flames LOL!!
When is the fake outrage and lawsuit talk going to start? I’m sure it’s coming soon
