Funny. They submitted a Notice of Late Filing on May 13, and then didn't file and went Pink Limited. Now file late again?

I want to hear about the Material Event and Post Period Event. If this involves a merger or partnership, I would think GNCP needs to time its report with that of the other company(s).

Or just not file at all.
