The preferred shares are worth 20 Million common shares. That is it. The warrants have expired. They can be converted at any time...but they lose money @.50 and lower.
They do not have enough authorized to convert all the shares...so if they did such currently....they could only convert into 5 Million commons and would be losing half of their money.
