Based on the height of the sun and the clarity of a static pool nothing can be proved whether its water or an oil slick of api 31 on surface. Any liquid that reflects light at such a photo angle cannot be determined. Claims that it’s water or oil are just guessing at this point.
What’s the most obvious sign of what’s below surface based on photos/videos?
It’s the BOP stack.
Why was a 10k psi BOP stack still installed on the wellhead unless…….We had some very high pressures there maybe?
