No offense to anything you wrote my friend I appreciate your input on the situation, thanks for the sarcasm nonetheless but I'm just frustrated and not happy about the entire adventure we've been on as is everyone else who is invested in this damn company.
What I hope happens is that these restaurants end up being bought out by someone who really wants to take the company somewhere and is serious about getting the Financials up to date and getting this ticker trading again.
So that franchises can begin to open up what we need is new leadership because Nixon certainly isn't a good leader that cat is a lazy loser that doesn't care about anything, I wish I could buy out this company I would do what needs to be done, because I would care about my business because it's mine and I have to take care of it.
I think we need to know is Nixon delinquent because of the brand lawsuit or bcz he does not want to bring the company current and he abandoned the shareholder and he is happy as is … how can someone franchise a business and grow it if they are not showing honesty with their shareholders … how would ppl want to make business with such company …T53 keeps believing they will file Form 10 and this is promising … hope until it happens … hope is the oxygen of ppl without hope there is no tomorrow no life … we wait and we see sept 19 is 6 weeks away … heck we have been waiting yrs
