I’m speculating on the chart and indicators and certain other trading tactics (such as patterns etc etc). Look at the chart. Also look at the company. Look at how they’ve done what they said they would do etc etc. Like I said before this whole breakout move started. That will help price reach that target. Also 40 cents is just a stop to higher prices. If all goes well of course.
