I agree... they had this 45 day evaluation already set up before drilling in the psc agreement.
It has been mentioned but it does make time for other agreements to be firmed up and new ones to be made using the new data to re-evaluate each block for future investing
"There is no way..." Time will tell how accurate that jumped to conclusion is. Of course did or didn't find commercial oil not likely to bring dollars/share for erhe.
