Not strange. Equity Art has been, and still is, off-balance sheet. That is why they still mention it. The lawyers will tell you often not to change anything (same reason why the website hasn't been updated for over a year).
As for the other assets (5 plantations), and the preferred shares that are probably related to it, they never mentioned them in the filings to begin with.
