I now have calls in to the number the transfer agent gave me (listed on SEDAR that is supposed to be kept up to date) and to the KOMO legal department...
I am not ready to blow a cold wind up this guys skirt but at the same time I am not shy about getting in someones face either.

yes that number is down due to technical difficulties and William said it would be back up soon...(and that should never happen)

I did a deep dive into the executives of this company and came up with two other numbers not listed in their profiles, I will hang onto them if I ever need them again, I called the CFO and got the CEO's cell phone

Plain and simple, when their is no phone number to call I get extremely nervous, that has been the key to my success..... my Rolodex of CEO contacts.

Without proper communication with a company it is hard to get a clear picture, they need an IR (and he is working on that)

This is more than a hope stock, it is an upstart working on foundation building... there is some debt and on the surface they do not seem worried about it. It bothers me a little.

It is very easy for the nieve to call it a scam unless all the questions are answered.
