SEC can't do it all, or even much of it. They've only been given so much authority and budget. Investors also have an obligation to do the most basic stock research. Jeesh, no audits released since 2015. Did any institutional investors fall for Mark's line? Probably not. I immediately spotted red flags everywhere.
