Your guess is as good as anyone else's. But it is still a guess. They failed to communicate what they actually mean. Shareholders want to know exactly what such statements mean.
Well, that's a possibility but actually we have no idea what they do and where they are with everything after the silence!!!
But they still act very amateurishly by again tweeting some incomplete information instead of PRing it after its finalized!!! That's why we don't see any market reactions at all!
